After decades as a Senior VP of Sales for Fortune 500 brands and negotiating complex business deals, Paul Staff found a new purpose in helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions: buying and selling a home. Today, alongside his daughter Becca, he brings that same experience, strategy, and calm confidence to every client they serve.
