About Becca Staff

I'm Becca Staff, REALTOR® and co-founder of Staff Homes Real Estate. I grew up in Chicago, spent seven years managing multifamily apartment communities and HOA communities in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Indianapolis, and relocated here in 2024 — and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.

 

Relocation holds a particularly special place for me. I've moved multiple times myself — Chicago, LA, and now Indianapolis — and I know exactly what it feels like to arrive somewhere new and try to find your place. Guiding someone through that process, and watching them discover this city the way I did, is genuinely one of my favorite parts of this work.

 

My years specializing in multifamily apartment buildings gave me a deep appreciation for what it means to truly find a home — and that passion has transitioned into helping clients do exactly that in Indianapolis. I believe in homeownership as a way to build equity and long-term wealth, and there is nothing quite like helping someone make that shift from renting to owning something that is truly theirs.

 

I'm passionate about the home search process — the tours, the discovery, narrowing down a wishlist until we find not just what a client thought they wanted, but what they didn't even know they were looking for. My goal is to make the entire experience as seamless and stress-free as possible, from the first showing to the closing table. Real estate can feel overwhelming, and I take pride in being the kind of agent who makes it feel manageable — even exciting.

 

Before transitioning into residential real estate, I spent a year in HOA community management in Indianapolis — which deepened my understanding of neighborhoods, homeowners, and what makes a community truly thrive. I made the move into real estate this past year and I am genuinely so excited for what is to come. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people find a home they love in a city I love.

 

Outside of work, I love spending time outside, working on my green thumb in the garden, and exploring the incredible restaurants Indianapolis has to offer — all with two Shih Tzus by my side who have very much claimed this city as their own.
