About Paul Staff

I'm Paul Staff, REALTOR® and co-founder of Staff Homes Real Estate. My love for Indianapolis goes back more than 40 years — long before I moved here. I spent years traveling to this city to visit my wife's family, watching it grow and change with every visit. When we finally moved here in 2015, it felt less like starting over and more like coming home to a place I'd already fallen for.

 

Before real estate, I spent 20 years as VP of Sales at Speedo and went on to serve as VP of Sales at Adidas — work that shaped how I think about strategy, negotiation, and building lasting relationships. I brought all of that into real estate when I transitioned into the business in 2020. Since then, I've sold over 75 homes and more than $40 million in volume, with a focus on luxury properties and helping buyers and sellers navigate Indianapolis with confidence.

 

I believe the best real estate experiences are built on trust, and I work hard to earn that from every client. You get someone who is straightforward, honest about what I'd do in your position, and fully committed to your outcome from the first conversation to the final signature. Real estate done well is about relationships first — and that's how I approach every single transaction.

 

I work alongside my daughter Becca, and together we offer something most teams can't: deep local knowledge paired with fresh eyes, and two people who are completely invested in your outcome.

 

Outside of real estate, I love spending time in my backyard, grilling, and enjoying time with family — including four Shih Tzus who have very strong opinions about everything. Indianapolis continues to grow and evolve, and after more than 40 years of watching that happen, I still find it one of the most exciting things about living here.
